Basecamp approached Oddbee hive in their search for a compelling and functional website — one that offered both booking and information solutions for their busy facilities, as well as consistent yet unique branding across their two distinct locations.
Armed with little more than a logo to go off of, OddBee took to the skies and put together an easy-to-navigate website with booking, information, and eCommerce functionality — simple and sweet, just how we like it.
Challenge
The two separate Basecamp locations have different demographics. This required branding customized to each without building two separate sites. The branding toolkit was limited to only a logo, meaning we designed icons, colour palettes, and imaging from the ground up. The landing page tells a visual story while remaining entirely intuitive — seamless form and function.
Other solutions included creative use of colours to differentiate the sites, eCommerce through WordPress components, and seamlessly integrating the rigid functionality of the Rock Gym Pro booking software. We customized wherever possible to ensure user navigation of the information, services, and bookings was a breeze.
