Digital campaigns is a fairly competitive field where in order to win the campaign you need to win the client first. The challenge was to create a brochure-type website that would become the the company’s brand and make it stand out of the competition.
At Oddbee we researched a lot of best practices for political and non-for-profit campaigns websites. We went to the roots of earlier political propaganda (!connotations), looked at the most successful campaigns in history, took the best from the past and present and created an impactful image that would carries the idea of togetherness, public movement and making a change. Campaigns are won by people. By people they are created.
The colours used for the website - green and purple - represent two kinds of people who stand behind successful campaigns: people who create them (GF) and people who care (all of us). All sections, copy and calls to action are colour-coded to convey this distinction in meaning and combined to present the union of the two.
